Congratulations on becoming an Employer!
Now that you have found yourself a Personal Assistant, the following section aims to provide you with key information, advice, tips and templates for maintaining your Employers role.
This section will:
- take you through the day to day role of the employer, such as contingency planning, dealing with annual leave, employees sickness and health and safety.
- give you important advice and procedures to assist you to deal with problems that might arise, such as handling disciplinary actions and grievances.
- provide you with information on changing employment terms within the contract you have set up with your employee, AND
- walk you through ending the employment of your personal assistant
